Finally, the stretched tapes feed into high-speed circular looms, where they're woven into dense, flat webbing. As you can see in the footage, the process is fast and rhythmic-each thread interlocked with the next, creating a surface that's smooth, uniform, and ready to handle serious loads.

 

 

It's Not Just About Weaving-Here's Where Quality Really Happens

 

Weaving gets the bulk bag webbing to the right shape and strength, but the finishing details are just as critical. When we sew these loops onto the bag body, every stitch matters. Our standard requires at least three back-stitches at both the start and end of each seam. The stitching line must run straight, with no skipped stitches, broken threads, or loose tension. These aren't just cosmetic details-they prevent the loop from pulling away from the bag when the load hits.

 

Even with machines running around the clock for this rush order, we've stepped up our in-process inspection schedule.
