Production Process of Valve Bags
Tape extrusion and orientation: PP sheet is slit into tapes and drawn for strength and low creep.

Weaving: Tapes become fabric on circular/flat looms, GSM and pick density are tuned to fill weight and drop targets.

Coating/lamination (optional): Raises moisture resistance and print fidelity, anti‑slip varnish may be targeted to back panels.
